How To Factory Reset Your ATT Pantech Crossover – When you feel your ATT Pantech Crossover very slowly when you operate it, why not doing factory reset to make it fresh again. Factory reset or master reset reverts the device settings back to their factory defaults.  This action will permanently erase all personal data, and content such as pictures, ringtones and apps that are saved to the device.  But data stored on an SD card will not be erased unless otherwise selected.  So before doing this on your ATT Pantech Crossover, it is recommended to save (backup) important data to your SIM, SD card, or a computer before proceeding.
 
  

  1. From the home screen, press the Menu key and then tap Settings.

2.       Scroll to and tap Privacy.

3.       Tap Factory data reset.

4.       Tap Reset phoneErase SD card: Delete all media saved to MicroSD card such as music and photos.

5.       Tap Erase everything.


Alternative Method

  1. Turn off the device.
    NOTE: If unable to power off, remove and reinsert the battery.

  1. Press and hold Home, Volume Down and then hold Power key at the same time.

  1. Do not release the keys until an exclamation mark (!) appears on the screen.

  1. Press the Home key to view the Android system recovery options.

  1. Use the VOL UP and VOL Down to select Wipe data/factory reset.

  1. Slide the Keyboard out and use the Enter key on keyboard to go down the list and select Yes. Then Confirm it again. (The Enter Key is Arrow down and to the left)

  1. Wait until the data wipe is completed and use the enter key on keyboard to select Reboot system now.

  1. Device will be restarted with factory settings.
