ATT Scored As The Worst Carrier – ATT Wireless landed again reach in the last place according to Consumer Reports in its annual carrier ratings. The Consumer Reports rankings are based upon consumer surveys including data network, call quality and surely customer service.

The rankings made ATT out of the four major US carriers and far from the first place, Verizon Wireless as the best carrier rankings on that Consumer Reports survey.

An ATT spokesperson made clear that the company is always working on delivering a better customer experience."While delivering an even better customer experience is a never-ending job, we're pleased that our customers rate their 4G experience as best of any carrier," the spokesperson told CNET. "We've invested significantly to deliver unique advantages, including offering the nation's largest 4G network, which enables the fastest iPhone 5 downloads and simultaneous talk and surf."
