App World Become BlackBerry World – Research In Motion at BlackBerry Jam Asia
announced that the web version of BlackBerry App market, before called
BlackBerry App World will renamed as BlackBerry World. RIM will adds music and
video content to new BlackBerry World later.
The new update of BlackBerry World now can find on ATT BlackBerry Playbook tablets and also other ATT BlackBerry smartphones. The launched of renamed BlackBerry App World to new brand BlackBeryy World just a few weeks before RIM to launch its new big plan smartphone, BlackBerry 10.
In
addition, Research In Motion CEO Thorsten Heins speaking to Germanpublication, Die Welt indicated that the company
might sell its hardware business after it launches the BlackBerry 10 platform. Heins
said the company's on-going strategic review could result in a sale of the
hardware business or licensing its BlackBerry 10 platform to other hardware
companies.
